Along the commercial passage between Mars and Vanguard Mountain, there is a Nomadic settlement and zocalo entitled Gangleri Station. Here ships of all nations traversing between the inner and outer system busy with the machinations of intersettlement trade and commerce, readying themselves for the continued journey toward their destination or to complete transfers of goods, sometimes even gaining local services. However Gangleri is not merely a pitstop amid flying rocks. It is the home to three clans: Major Clan Gangleri, Minor Clan McColough and Minor Clan Zuli. Each lives in a symbiotic realtionship with the other. The Gangleri are the primary owners of the settlement and bustling zocalo, skimming a living off the thousands of transactions of commerce and trade that move through the station each year. The McColough have staked rich claims for themselves with extensive mining interests in this sector of Nomadic space. The Zuli, the poorest of the three clans, has only recently left the L4 colonies of Earth to seek better fortune among the Nomadic communities. Possessing shipyard management skills, the Zuli serve the Gangleri as dockhands and quartermasters over the busy docking bays and storage branches.
Heimdall's Sight is the provisional fleet for the Gangleri Station and her resident clans. While the fleet's many ships serve to defend the station from pirate raids and the like, they are also commissioned out as armed escort to groups of wary transports, tranporting diplomatic entorauges or secretive cargo to the various solar nations, and serving garison to valuable mining claims and their operations. Her collection of Patrol Cutters, Inari and Transports may seem insignificant when compared against the majestic fleets of the CEGA Navy and the JAF, but these men and women should not be underestimated. They are experts at hit-and-run tactics, utilizing their flexible command structure to out-think and out-manuever the enemy. From the Flagship GSS Pallas, with her patchwork of heavy armor to the GSS Charlotte with her swarms of Sky Stalkers, the Gangleri Provisional Fleet has taken on trespassing CEGA wings and JAF Flights only to send them limping home.
Commander Gangleri is a born leader, possessing the right skills to be the commander of a Nomad fleet. Her extraordinary talent in inspiring those under her command makes up for lack of formal training in raw talent, able to coordinate independent fleet actions with intuitive ease.

Captain McColough, whose nickname is "Balder's Twin" given to him by his fellow officers and crew, is perhaps the luckiest man alive. Seeming to pull through even the most impossible situations, he often surprises unwary enemies with his unconventional tactics, emerging from desperate firefights only to turn the tide of the battle in his favor.
